...so we can go to karaoke bars and sing our hearts out, the more deafing to the audience the better…I want some ears bleeding! Besides EVERYONE knows that karaoke is basically the warmup to DDR…which is what we’d be doing, of course! Everyone would watch us dance in that rectangular box of arrows and think to themselves “WTF…WHYAMINOTSOMEWHATABADASSAZN?!” And as you’d finish your grand finale dance, you would yelp a Michael Jackson ‘hewhooo’ while doing the infamous 2.67 second crotch grab/tipy toe pelvis thrust and possibly make little boys around the world faint.

So when Sifl and Olly were on MTV, I was about 10 or 11 and I remember this specific episode when they had special guests “G-spot” and “Orgasm” on. I was so confused after the episode that I went up to my Aunt and asked her what an orgasm was…she then proceeded to laugh in hystrics and told me she’d tell me when I was older.

Because in my senior year of high school…my nick name was Yoda.

This woman is incredible. She has truly changed the fitness industry with her products. The best thing about her is she never quits! There are currently 30+ rounds of Turbo Kick…which have all been consistently produced in the last 10 years? She has truly changed my life and I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have turbo kickboxing.
